At Insurance Bundles World, we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund on your insurance premium.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the later of:
If you cancel within this period and no claims have been made, you will receive a full refund of your premium. If a claim has been made during the cooling-off period, no refund will be issued and the full annual premium may be charged.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For direct debit customers, any final balance will be settled within 2 billing cycles.
